Welcome to the Italian Vice Consulate in Salt Lake City, Utah

The Italian Utah Vice Consulate is within the jurisdiction of the Consulate General of Italy in San Francisco. Applicant may download forms found on the website of the Consul General.  Forms and documents are verified and executed at the Italian Vice Consulate in Salt Lake City.  They must then be mailed by the applicant to the Italian Consulate in San Francisco. (US Postal Service with a return envelope and postage.)  The final decision making authority with respect to each filing is with the Italian Consul General of San Francisco.

Those requiring the services of the Italian Vice Consulate should make an appointment by phone . The Vice Consulate hours are Tuesday 2pm to 4pm and Thursday 9am to 11am, or by appointment.
